i wonder really... how many kirikaeshi's i've done... but well... a good warm-up exercise...
trying to do things slowly... to try and see if my right tarsal-metatarsal joint hurts... um... not too badly... but i'd have to do things slowly... and obviously i couldn't do things very fast anywayz not having trainings for abt a month...
well... things are gonna get better... just the matter of time... i hope...
and now the juniors are wearing men too... cool...
